No automatic paid enrollment. Payment provider fees apply to customer payments. Stripe integration requires onboarding; PayPal integration is planned and subject to approval. External PayPal payments can be recorded manually.
A few things you might wonder.
Do I need a card for the trial?
No. Your 15-day trial starts when your studio is activated. This includes founding testers. You choose a paid plan explicitly; the trial never turns into a charge on its own.
Where does my cake money go?
Your customer pays your connected bakery account. Your Cake Studio subscription is a separate payment to the platform. Provider fees still apply.
Can I keep taking cash or Zelle?
Of course. Record a payment once you have verified it, with a reference and date. The record will show that it was manually verified.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. Owners can export customers, orders, quote versions, approvals, and payment history. After the trial ends, reading and export remain available for 30 days.
